How does video analysis work?
Upload a video from your Photos library. We securely transmit it to our servers, where our AI detects emotions, faces, voices, scene changes, and key audio moments. We then generate platform-tuned clips with captions and hashtag suggestions, plus a viral and hook score. Original uploads are deleted within 24 hours after processing — see our privacy policy for details.
What platforms are supported?
Contentalysis is built for short-form vertical video and currently supports four platforms end-to-end: TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X (formerly Twitter). Each clip is cut and captioned to that platform's hard caps and best practices.
How do tokens work?
Tokens are how we meter AI processing. 1 token covers up to 5 minutes of video analysis. The Free plan includes 10 tokens per month; Pro includes 100; Enterprise includes 1,000. You can also earn extra tokens on the Free plan by watching short rewarded video ads (up to 5 per day). Unused tokens do not roll over.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Settings → Delete Account. That immediately removes your videos, clips, analysis data, and Firebase Auth record. If you can't access the app, email support@contentalysis.com from your registered address and we'll delete the account on your behalf.
What's your refund policy?
Paid subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com — Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Tokens themselves are non-refundable except where required by law, and unused tokens do not roll over.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@contentalysis.com with: (1) what you were doing, (2) what happened, (3) what you expected to happen, and (4) your iOS version + device model. A screenshot or screen recording is a huge help. We reply within 1 business day.
Why was my upload rejected?
Uploads can fail if the file is corrupted, the format is unsupported (we accept the common iOS formats: MP4, MOV, HEVC), or the duration is longer than your remaining token budget allows. If you keep hitting an error, send us the device model + iOS version and we'll dig in.
Do you train AI models on my videos?
No. We do not train AI models on your videos without your explicit consent, and we do not share your videos with third parties. Our AI providers (OpenAI Whisper for transcription, GPT-4o for classification) operate under enterprise data agreements that prohibit using your content for training.
