• Video Content: Videos you upload for analysis (processed and deleted after analysis unless you choose to save)

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers

Video Processing

When you upload a video:

1. Your video is securely transmitted to our servers using encryption
2. Our AI analyzes the video to detect emotions, faces, voices, and objects
3. We generate clips and viral scores based on the analysis
4. Original videos are deleted from our servers within 24 hours after processing (unless you explicitly save them)
5. Generated clips are stored in your account until you delete them

We do NOT:

• Share your videos with third parties
• Use your videos to train AI models without your explicit consent
• Access your videos for any purpose other than providing our service

Data Retention

• Account Data: Retained until you delete your account
• Video Content: Deleted within 24 hours after processing
• Generated Clips: Retained until you delete them or your account
• Analytics Data: Retained for up to 2 years in anonymized form

Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: Cloud hosting (Google Cloud Platform / Firebase), AI processing (OpenAI for transcription and content classification), under strict data protection agreements
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
• Business Transfers: In case of merger or acquisition (you will be notified)

Third-Party Services We Use:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (Firebase Auth, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions)
• AI Processing: OpenAI (audio transcription via Whisper, content classification via GPT-4o). Audio/video data is sent for processing only and not retained by OpenAI per their enterprise data policy.
• Advertising: Google AdMob (rewarded video ads only when you tap “Watch ad to earn tokens”)
• Payment Processing: Apple App Store (when subscription purchases are enabled in a future release)
• Social Platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X — only when you choose to share content using the native iOS Share sheet

Cookies and Tracking

Our mobile app does not use cookies. We use device identifiers for analytics and to improve your experience. You can reset your device identifier in your device settings.

Push Notifications

With your permission, we send push notifications for:

• Video processing completion
• New clips ready for review
• Important account updates
• Feature announcements (can be disabled in settings)

You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
